We don’t sell a fixed price list, because no two back offices are the same. Here are the shapes an engagement takes and what actually drives the cost, so there are no surprises.

Dedicated staff

A team member (or a few) working only on your operation, managed by us. Priced per role, as an ongoing monthly engagement.

Best when you need reliable capacity and a consistent person who learns your business.

Managed scope

A defined area of the back office we own end to end, for example bookkeeping, AP/AR, or operations. Priced on the scope and volume.

Best when you want an outcome handled, not hours to manage.

Project or automation build

A one-off build (an automation, a dashboard, a documented process) with optional maintenance after. Priced per project.

Best when there’s a specific problem to solve or system to put in place.

What drives cost
